Postage & Returns


There is a £3.99 postage charge for orders under £20 to any UK address.

We offer free postage to any UK address for orders £20 and over.

We can also offer an Express Delivery service for an extra charge of £7.49, this will be first class delivery, and we will do our upmost to prioritise the making of your order. 

Please remember that we are working with personalised and handmade orders and we would normally run at a lead time of up to one week, we always strive to complete our orders as fast as possible but in busy periods in can be a longer time for dispatch. 


Returns & Exchanges

In the highly unlikely event that one of your purchases has a problem please do get in touch with us through our contact page. 

If you are not entirely 100% happy with your purchase, and the item is unused and in perfect condition, we will happly exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery minus the costs of our postage and packaging. 

Customers are responsible for exchange/return postage costs and a refund will be processed once we have received the items and verified they are unused. 



If your returned item is not in the perfect condition it was sent to you in, we cannot offer you an exchange or refund. 

Personalised items CANNOT be returned, refunded, or exchanged. 


Damaged Items

All orders are checked before packaging and dispatch. 

In the unlikely event that your order does arrive with any defects or has been damaged during the delivery process, please take photo evidence of the packaging and the damage so we can go to the delivery company and process a complaint at our end. 

We will offer a full refund or replacement of your product, please contact us as soon as your product arrives in an unsatisfactory manner. 

We cannot refund or replace any orders with a fault or damage as a result of missuse or mishandling.
